How Medical Pilates & Yoga Works
What Are The Advantages

Medical yoga is a special form of yoga that focuses on using yoga exercises, breathing techniques and meditation to relieve medical conditions. It is often recommended by doctors and physiotherapists and can help relieve pain in the back, joints, migraines, sleep disorders and other ailments.

Medical yoga is safe and well tolerated and can be done in both individual and group sessions.
